Lawnswood Pet Cremation & Cemetery

I cannot recommend Lawnswood enough. I recently visited Lawnswood to transfer my dog's ashes after a very disappointing experience with another cremation/urn company. I was absolutely shattered and heartbroken. Every step of the way with Lawnswood felt respectful and kind - from the email, phone call, reception and pick-up. Thank you so much for all that you do and for being so sensitive, gentle, patient and kind.

I can't thank everyone enough at Lawnswood for their wonderful service, kindness and compassion after losing our beautiful boy Smudge on Christmas morning. It's been such a difficult and emotional time. We are so grateful for everything. Thank you for taking good care of Smudge who lost his brother Ziggy 18months prior, they are now together again and back home with us, where they belong.I highly recommend Lawnswood. I am so grateful to Lawnswood for taking care of my darling greyhound Tippy when she passed suddenly. The staff were kind and caring on the phone. But I especially want to thank Rod who delivered Tippy's ashes to my home, he went out of his way to get them to me and made the time to ensure I had them before I went away for the weekend. Thank you team for your caring service in such a hard time for me.

I wish I could give you guys a 10 star rating.It’s been an emotional couple of weeks, since we unexpectedly had to put to sleep our boy Snarf. Lawnswood was fantastic, empathy is the most genuine and authentic I have ever come across in a business. 10/10. You guys made this difficult time smooth sailing. Your customer service and the personal delivery of ashes was the perfect personal touch. Thank you for your kindest and deepest condolences to our family at such a sad time ♥️

To everyone at Lawnswood, it has been a very emotional few weeks since we lost our dear Bobby on 14 Nov 22. Thank you for taking good care of him and being kind and supportive to his fur Mumma. Bobby is in our hearts for ever and it was a comfort to know all the procedures in place and then to have him brought home. I had only heard good things about Lawnswood and at one of our saddest times, when you need everything to be smooth sailing it was, and exceeded my expectations. Excellent service and care.

I would really like to thank the team at Lawnswood for their professionalism and prompt service in dealing with the sad passing of my daughters horse Tarco. This happened late one afternoon and I rang Lawnswood, spoke with Liz who was very easy to talk with on the phone, and helped us with the arrangements. I had no idea which way to turn, my daughter’s horse had passed away in the paddock, we were all upset and I was confronted with something I never had to deal with before. Within a few hours we had David arrive with a truck and Hiab to lift our horse ready for transport to the crematorium. He was very apologetic in the way we had to lift Tarco over the fence and on to the truck but we understood that was the only way it could be done given the confined area we had to work with. Even though it was early evening and getting dark, he was polite, professional and courteous. Most importantly, he gave my daughter all the time she needed to grieve and say goodbye to Tarco. Our beloved Tarco was brought home 4 days later in a beautiful memorial box. Tim was very good in keeping in touch with the delivery time letting us know his ETA. I know there is a whole team at Lawnswood but my dealings with Liz, Jessica, David and Tim really made the whole process bearable. Their professionalism and sympathetic approach was really appreciated by our family. We have other pets that I intend to entrust to Lawnswood when the time comes. Thank you so much for taking care of Tarco and returning him to my daughter so promptly.

We’ve no doubt that our beautiful boy Jerry, was treated with the utmost respect. The staff (Jessica) was always kind and considerate to our needs. Thank you to Brett for bringing Jerry home and even providing me with a tissue and kind words. I could not recommend Lawnswood more highly to take care of your beautiful fur/feathered/scaled or otherwise babies!!!
